Adult Classes

Adult classes are run twice a week; Tuesdays and Fridays, in various outdoor locations around Townsville.

We train with a focus on movement as a priority, the fitness and strength we gain through training is a happy side effect of our training.

Initially there is focus on:

  • zero impact conditioning
  • balance
  • plyometric and general running technique
  • basic obstacle techniques.

Classes cater for all levels,  and build on recalibrating the body for movement.
Come check it out – there are two adult classes a week on Tues arvo and Friday mornings for $20 but one-on-one sessions any day from 5.30am for $60/hr.

If you can’t make it to the normal session times, grab three of your friends and we can organise a bespoke session for you!
